direction from which you will come to Haruya Bookstore Parking Lot
It’ll be about 10 to 15 min by car from the main gate. Depending on Rte. 188 traffic conditions, it could take you longer. From the main gate, go to the traffic signal at Four Corners and turn left. Keep driving straight on Rte. 188. It will be just past the 10th traffic light after turning from Four Corners Your will pass Fricasso restaurant on your left and the Gyoza House on your right. You will go past Iwakuni Minami Train station on your left (The start is after the 2nd and before the 3rd traffic signal counting from after the traffic signal in front of the station.) Before the road starts moderately curving to the left, you will pass a UNIQLO on your right. When you see a small post office on your right, you will be getting very close to the start. Next you’ll see two big Pachinko parlors, Palace Ace and DOMZZ, on your left and a Joyful restaurant on your right. Be prepared to turn left into the Haruya Book Store parking lot, our next hash run start location. It is on the far side of the DOMZZ Pachinko Parlor (South side). (There is a closed down store between DOMZZ and the Haruya Book Store). Look for start marks near the turn off of Rte. 188 and hashers in the parking lot.
ベースの正門からは、車で約１０〜１５分掛かります。 国道１８８号線の交通渋滞にもよるので、もっと時間が掛かるかもしれません。 正門から、４コーナーに出たら、左折します。 １８８号線をまっすぐに進んでください。 左手にフラカッソが有り、右手に餃子の王将が有ります。 その内に道路が左方向へなだらかにカーブしていきますが、その前にユニクロが右手に見えます。 更に進み、右手に小さな郵便局が見えてきたら、スタートまであとわずかです。 次に、２軒の大きなパチンコ屋のPalace AceとDOMZZが左手に見えてきて、Joyfulレストランが右手に見えてきます。 そしたら、明屋書店の駐車場に入る準備をして下さい。 ここが、スタートです。 明屋書店は、パチンコ屋DOMZZの隣方向（南側）にあります。(DOMZZと明屋書店の間に、閉店中の建物があります。) スタートマークと、ハッシャーを探してね。
Directions from Tokuyama/Yanai: Coming up from Rte. 2 take Minami Iwakuni exit in front of Iwakuni Sports park off of Rte.15 and follow the road to the next traffic signal where you will turn LEFT onto Rte.112. Follow Rte. 112 all the way to the end where it intersects with Rte. 188 (6 traffic signals after turning onto Rte. 112) the Haruya Bookstore parking lot (START) will be across the street at that intersection. Look for start marks off of Rte 188 and hashers in the parking lot.
Coming up Rte. 188 you will pass Iwakuni Karyoku Hatsudensho (岩国火力発電所). And you will see the Daily Yamazaki store and you will see Itochu Gas station on your left side. (As you are driving on Rte. 188, the gas station seems to be in front of you because the road starts moderately curving to right.) Be ready to turn RIGHT into the Haruya Bookstore parking lot (START). It is located across the street from the Itochu Gas Station. You will also see 2 big Pachinko parlors, Palace Ace and DOMZZ, on your right. The bookstore is on the far side of the DOMZZ Pachinko Parlor (South side). There is a closed down store between DOMZZ and the Haruya Bookstore. Look for start marks off of Rte 188 and hashers in the parking lot.
１８８号線からイク（行く）場合、岩国火力発電所の横を通り過ぎます。 その内にデイリーヤマザキ ストアが見えてきて、伊藤忠ガススタが左手に見えてきます。（１８８号線を進んでイクと、道がゆるやかに右方向へカーブしていくので、ガススタが目の前に見えてくる感じです。） 明屋書店の駐車場が右側に有るので、駐車場に入る準備をして下さい。 駐車場は、１８８号線をはさんで、伊藤忠ガススタの反対側にあります。 ２軒の大きなパチンコ屋のPalace AceとDOMZZも右手に見えるはずです。 明屋書店は、パチンコ屋DOMZZの隣方向（南側）にあります。(DOMZZと明屋書店の間に、閉店中の建物があります。) スタートマークと、ハッシャーを探してね。
