How To
Register

Notes
The sooner you register
and pay the cheaper it will be to come to Nash Hash
The M4 is allowing the transfers of
paid registrations for
the low time fee of
\1000
or $10 so sign up now at the Early Bird price and if for whatever reason you
can't make the event
you can sell it to the procrastinators who will be stuck paying the late
registration price, which will be much more than \1000
or $10. Hey scalping is encouraged
For Electronic transfers the date we receive confirmation of
payment is date we will be using to determine price so allow a few days for
bank processing, be sure to save your transfer receipt (we may need it to
confirm whose payment we received as hashers all tend to register on the
same day)
If possible scan it as
either a JPG or PDF and email it to us at
payment@iwakuniwsh3.org for
extra insurance that we acknowledge your payment
If scanning is not an
option photocopy it and send it via "snail" mail to the addresses listed
below
For Postal Transactions via traditional "snail" mail the
postmark date will determine which pricing plan you fall under.

Procedure
STEP 1:

price you need to pay

Payment You have 5 options of making payment in Japanese Yen or
US
dollars. Make sure to include your real name (or the one that you
registered with if should differ from the name used on your banking account) and your hash name (abbreviations for those with more
obscene names i.e. 3 Dogs F***ing if concerns you) with any of the 5
